This weekend a took a break from stories/posting and a lot of social media. I needed it... 🙌🏼 sometimes you have to step back for a minute to refocus your goals to step forward. It can get so easy to see what everyone else is doing and overwhelm yourself with to many thoughts (“oh, my idea is bad, or I need to do this instead of that”- we’re all guilty I’m sure) and it can become really toxic. Sometimes you just need to put your shades on and look forward, not at anything else!! So, for my “Motivation Monday” post for myself and others, my advice is that if social media is becoming toxic, if it isn’t bringing joy or inspiration, whether your trying to run a side business on it or it’s just personal, maybe it’s time for a little break or just a mind check to remember your goals and to “just do you”!!🌟🌟 Everyone is different so remember to be yourself and take that step forward.
