Should you splurge or save on jeans? 🤔

In my experience, generally I feel like more expensive jeans last longer. They hold their shape better and the fabric holds up and doesn’t pill as easily. *But* I still have some cheaper jeans that have really held up and still look great. Plus, I don’t want to splurge every time I want a new pair of jeans, especially for a trendy pair. If they fit well and you like them, I say just get them! So... are the jeans I’m wearing splurge or save???

☀️ New tanning product review alert! I’ve been using the @ecotan Winter Skin Gradual Tanning Moisturiser and I really like it! In this photo I had used the moisturiser for 3 nights in a row, and as you can see it gives my pasty white arms and legs a nice glow! The best part is it doesn’t smell like fake tan- and I mean it really doesn’t. A little goes a long way and it moisturises my skin nicely (it doesn’t have that heavy/sticky fake tan feeling) I have noticed a few streaks but nothing too noticeable and nothing I don’t get from regular tanning products. It’s on the pricier side, but knowing that the ingredients are organic and natural means I’m happy to pay a bit more for a quality product that I use regularly. View at the top of one of our hikes 🙌... did you see today on my stories that we actually cut a hike short today and only completed 1/4 of it 🙈 It was a hard decision to make but I just didn’t feel safe. And no it wasn’t snow or ice, it was actually hot and sunny! We passed a guy who had made it to the top and said he saw some near misses when people slipped on the gravel rocks and also fell off the edge...sorry not worth it to me! So we made it back down and I had a champagne to celebrate! 😂😂

This trip has been unlike any trip we’ve been on. Of course because of the stunning Canadian scenery, but also because we have been camping half the time and hiking almost every day. And I have absolutely loved it. Yes I like my comforts, and honestly I would not have liked to camp the entire trip. But the experiences we’ve had, the views and the wildlife we have seen, the peace and relaxation I’ve felt from sitting by the campfire looking out over the river or waking up in the morning to the cool mountain air and sun shining. The tremendous views, changing landscapes and sense of achievement I’ve felt on all of our hikes. The amazing memories I have made with @boyiqiu, long conversations, road trip snacks, pulling over on the side of the road to snap photos of animals. This truly has been a trip of a lifetime and I feel so blessed to do it with you @boyiqiu. You and I and our crazy ideas and crazy adventures 😂🙌
