Trying to transition into a morning person over here. 😴☕️⁣ ⁣ I recently made a goal to try to start my work days earlier so I can wrap up work quicker. I also want to be able to start my day with some prayer and my bible to give me direction for the day. However, I am definitely a night owl and this is going to be a big feat for me to accomplish! ⁣ ⁣ Some tips I’ve learned so far to get your day going earlier:⁣ ▫️Set a bedtime and stick to it. I use the bedtime feature on iPhone clock to remind me when it’s time to start winding down and getting ready for bed. ⁣ ▫️Prep your coffee and breakfast the night before. I set up our coffee maker the night before so it’s ready to brew first thing. ⁣ ▫️Ditch the snooze button. This is a hard one for me... but try not to snooze your alarm. Get up with that first alarm and get moving!
