💪 HOME CHEST

One of you asked me to post a home chest workout, which made me realize it's been too long since I have posted one! I typically incorporate these as part of my shoulder/arms workout, but this week, I changed it up, and did this set by itself (after the shoulder workout in my previous post, I was sore for a few days, so it was great to add this workout in). Keeping it simple & to the point: we all know it is critical to work out your chest as, you know, it is literally front-and-center of your body! Who is ready to try?

Circuit
1️⃣ DB front raise into chest press
2️⃣ DB fly 🔥 (my back is resting on the wall)
3️⃣ DB punches
4️⃣ Band narrow press
5️⃣ Band fly
6️⃣ Sven press
7️⃣ Push-ups (I prefer doing them on DBs for my wrists)
8️⃣ "lay-down" push-ups - great variation to the previous exercise, especially if you are having issues getting into a full push-up!
