One thing that has worked well for me in my #FoodFreedom is “always start with a @whole30 breakfast.”☺️🍽 It sets me up for the day feeling satisfied, energized, and balanced! # Last night we had a healthy dinner with friends, and in the moment I decided to enjoy dessert...it was totally #worthit to me! No guilt involved, just a choice. # Today I choose to move forward with a healthy choice for my first meal, because I know it will help me feel MY best! Through the trial and error of #Whole30 reintroduction I’ve learned HOW to be relaxed around food and what works for ME!
