Happy Saturday! We have had some sunny previews of spring lately here in Dallas! While I am all about the sunshine, the Physician Assistant in me also advises basic precautions against sun exposure. But what can you do after the sun damage is done? One of my favorite easy remedies: Topical Vitamin C Serums! ☀️ Benefits of Topical Vitamin C: 1️⃣ Anti-aging. Exposure to sunlight and pollution over time will cause changes in the skin, such as the formation wrinkles, telangiectasias (tiny blood vessels on skin surface) and abnormal skin tone.
