There’s only two months left in 2021. How did that happen? 🤪 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’m sitting down this morning to figure out what this looks like for myself in terms of health goals. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I always have tons of goals (don’t we all) but I’ve learned to really hyper focus on a handful at a time to accomplish them 👊🏼 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Do you have a rhyme or reason when it comes to achieving your goals? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I take the time to sit down every day for at least 10 minutes and clearly focus on what mine are and map out how to get to them. My three major goals for my health for the next two months: 🧘‍♂️exercise at least 20 minutes every day 💦drink at least 8 glasses of water every day ⌚️create new work hours during the holidays and only work during them + focus on family & friends when it’s not time for work and I thought it would be interesting for us to share our health goals! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What are yours?
