I bring some digestive enzymes for the kiddos, too, because their systems need help breaking down the yucky restaurant oils and ingredients. We take 1-2 before we start eating and it helps so much!! I swear I’ve felt better on this trip because of these. I only take them when I eat something I didn’t prepare or if I know it’s a food that could trigger a bad response in my body. Sharing our probiotics, too! It’s nice that they are chewable for the kids.
