I love this hi low outfit for spring. This linen dress with a smoked back is from H&M and it’s giving high end but is only $40 right now. It’s light and airy and perfect for spring and summer. I’m wearing an XL.

I paired it with some neutral platform espadrilles from Castaner, my Hermes belt, and a pop of color in my Francis Valentine bag. It would be perfect for a brunch, a wedding guest, Mother’s Day, or graduation look.

💪🏾 Lululemon beltbag is perfect all the time for daily wear but it also fits my phone, my keys, my wallet, AND my workout gloves so its the perfect sling bag to take to a quick gym sesh or a walk around the neighborhood.

💪🏾 Spanx leggings are an all time favorite! They don’t roll down and have just enough compression to make me feel pulled in together in all the right places. They are perfect for light to high intensity workouts.

I switched out my spin bike (which I still love but just not using) to a walking pad. I love how slim it is. So far it's new but what I love about it is:
🚶🏽‍♀️ It holds up to 300 pounds. I didn't find many that held over that weight. I am under the weight capacity but still wanted the option.

✨ Another walking pad is linked that has a weight capacity of 320lbs but doesn’t have the arm rest.

🚶🏽‍♀️It comes with a remote controller and has a control center on the handle bar.

🚶🏽‍♀️It has a place to hold a phone, kindle, or iPad, and the handle folds down as well if you don't want it up.

🚶🏽‍♀️The entire thing also fits under your sofa as well!

I stopped into Kohl’s to try on some items for Spring and they had sooo many good options to choose from! I'm definitely going to have to go back for sure! I tried on an XL in all the dresses and I’m 5’1.
