If I’m honest, the last couple of days it’s been pretty hard to be joyful. I try for my family but it’s SO. HARD. I hate that Little Man can’t play with his friends. I hate that families can’t physically spend time together. I hate that our beaches have to be closed. • You know what, though? I’ve had a lot of opportunities to spend time with my little family. I’ve learned a few new things—like how to make biscuits! The best thing that happened today was that Little Man got to yell across the yard to his friend and say hi.🥰 • There can be joy in the midst of hardship.
