With only 6 days passed since my new daughter arrived, I've been reminded again of just how precious time is. Like most parents, I want to be there for my kids as much as possible, and be the best dad I can be...and I also want to have a successful career. Life is a series of trade offs. I know that I won't be able to put as much time into my work as I used to, but that doesn't mean that I have to be any less successful.
