I’m trying to get up earlier lately so I have a few extra hours to read and drink coffee quietly before the girls wake up but right now a 7:30am nap on this couch is sounds pretty good 🤣 it always takes me a couple weeks of getting up early before my body gets used to it and then I have loads of energy and don’t feel exhausted...... but as with any habit the beginning is always the hardest part!
