P.S. there is a new blog posted where I share real, tangible advice on how to stay in shape even despite having a CRAZY busy schedule. With school starting, my life has been pretty chaotic lately. It’s no secret that I have to work extremely hard to balance a healthy lifestyle with a busy career + busy life in general. I’m sure many of you can relate to the struggle of maintaining your physical fitness when life gets hectic. Within the post I'm sharing a few of my must-live-by tips for making your health a priority during your busy seasons. (and yes, you will have to make some sacrifices!! Nothing worth having ever comes easy!)

I know that work, family, and our social lives often consume us, but our health is an extremely important part of our lives. We need to carve out time for ourselves.
