After some of my “Shop Your Closet” posts (are you still liking those, by the way? Yes? No? Maybe so?), I received a lot of questions about Gucci belt sizing since so was wearing it high, on my natural waist. (Pro-tip: you can buy a size that’s too big for you and have a cobbler cut it down to fit you or add holes—it’s easy!) I bought this belt in 2016 right after I had Teddy and I was a couple jean sizes bigger postpartum. I wanted it to fit then and in the future so I went with a size 85 (I’m a size 26 jean, for reference)–it’s been perfect! I’m able to wear it with jeans and I like that it’s long so I can do a belt loop and wear it with high-waisted pants and skirts.
