Today WILL be a better day...I’m going to keep saying that to myself. I do believe that positive affirmation can reduce stress.
I’ll let you in on a secret 🤫 when I’m stressed I do 2 things.
1. I twirl my hair. Not the best vice for my hair but I’ve got products to fix that! 😉
2. Retail therapy 🤑
