GRAB N GO // Healthy snacks for busy babes like me who donโt have the time (or desire) to cook:
Peanut butter + banana sandwich (add a hint of cinnamon)
Raw almonds + an apple
Dates + peanut butter (literally, the best desert ever!)
Green juice (I prefer mine with ginger and lemon)
Avocado toast + pine nuts (just smoosh the avo and add some spices)
Seed crackers + hummus (current fav - mango sriracha by @rootshummus)
Protein pancakes (recipe in highlights)
Rice crackers with cottage cheese and blueberries
Anything by @dailyharvest ๐ป
Beef tomato + hard goat cheese (yum alternative for lactose intolerant)
Coconut yoghurt + granola (nope itโs not just breakfast food)
Egg sandwich (toast + egg with salt, thatโs it)
Mangos and raspberries (individually or together - my fav foods)
A protein bar is the last resort but in my book itโs better to eat when you are hungry than to wait and become even hungrier and then overeat and feel tired
