It’s cold butter season. Anyone else notice this? We don’t keep our house all that cool in the summer or super warm in the winter so now that it’s cold out and the heat is on, the butter at this room temp is no longer soft like it is in the summer! A little thing but something I notice about the changing seasons.
P.S. Realizing I could take this kitchen to the next level with beautiful, high quality accessories rather than the 10-year-old salt/pepper grinders and oils from the store bottles (probably shouldn’t be that close to the heat anyway). You can renovate your kitchen all day long but it still doesn’t look like a page from a magazine with the real life stuff in it unless you upgrade, I guess!
