It can be challenging to decorate in the months of January and February because it’s a time of year where all the holiday decor is put away, but it’s too early to bust out all of the spring vibes! I recognized a trend for me during these months over the past couple years and that is : I am always drawn to winter whites, taupes and blues in January! I think I try to play off of the colors I see outside! January is still a month to bring in all the cozy textures and snuggly pieces and embrace the biological need to slow down and rest. Today marks another trip around the sun for me! I’m currently celebrating my 35th birthday hibernating and hunkering down due to C ovid. Though this birthday is far from what I hope or planned, I am thankful that I am home, in my cozy house with my snuggly family and we are safe.
