My new best cooking friend is the Instapot! Soups are ready a quarter of the time of stove-top cooking and hours faster than a slow cooker. There’s a sauté feature, so everything is in one pot. The soup pictured is a kale and potato soup recipe I got from halfbakedharvest.com.
