LEMON TARTS 🍋
1 Box Pie Crusts
1 Box Lemon Bar Mix
3 Eggs
1/2 cup water
1 tsp Lemon Zest
Powdered Sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 375º. Unroll pie crust & use flower cookie cutter to cut flower shapes out of dough.
2. Place flowers into mini muffin tin & press down gently to form a cup.
3. Mix lemon bar mix, eggs, water & lemon zest. Pour into flower cups.
4. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until lemon is set and edges are golden.
5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
