… I mentioned this supplement on IG this week and wanted to leave here for anyone referencing it. I kept this packed in my travel bag and it provided the perfect way to catch up on some Zs mid trip. Grateful to usually enjoy good sleep but sometimes travel throws me off - this natural supplement uses melatonin to get you back on track.
