After everything that happened last year, it’s safe to say that I needed a hard reset for 2024. I’ve learned that it’s ok to give yourself time to grieve and process, but it’s just as impprtant to remember who is still present in your life and practice gratiude amidst loss.
I’ve introduced new things to my morning routine and have been starting my day with a coffee & my @omala intentions journal + #Omalalife candle. This new routine sets a peaceful tone for the day & helps me face day-to-day struggles with greater resilience.
